This role offers the chance to help shape processes during a period of significant site growth, working closely with the client, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless facilities operations across a fast-paced and high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and ensure contract KPIs are met.
  • Manage and mentor a small on-site team.
  • Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Liaise with the client, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor budgets and assist with reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate.
