About the Opportunity

This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Providing expert assistance to patients and medical professionals via phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Maintaining accurate records and statistics related to patient care and examinations.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating complex systems to book appointments and update patient details, maintaining patient records and examination statistics, and answering incoming phone calls regarding bookings and general enquiries.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
