Job Title: Healthcare Administrator
Job DescriptionThis role involves performing and coordinating various administrative duties, especially in connection with preparing, compiling, and maintaining patient records.
The Healthcare Administrator will serve as a receptionist and communication link within a patient-care area, supporting the patient care team under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
They will assist with environmental, dietary, transportation, supplies, and light maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate patient records.

- A high school diploma or equivalent coursework in English grammar, composition, and basic mathematics.
- Six months of either direct patient care experience or clerical office experience.
- Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course or equivalent.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients/customers and understand their needs for self-respect and dignity.
- Knowledge of computer keyboard and comfort using windows-based software systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
