Job Overview:

The Compliance Analyst will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

  • Lead efforts in implementing, monitoring, and tracking Compliance Program elements for adherence to industry regulations, system policies, Federal Sentencing Guidelines, accreditation standards, and State specific requirements.

This role requires a deep understanding of compliance programs, risk assessments, and employee education.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience such as health care operational experience, compliance administration, auditing, and data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Civil Rights (OCR), and Office of Inspector General (OIG) guidance for healthcare compliance.
  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and/or Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) – preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Reimbursement System and/or billing and coding rules.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management System – Health Stream.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and monitoring activities related to compliance risks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
