Our organization is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to empower patients in the community by providing compassionate, person-centred nursing care.
Key responsibilities:- We are looking for a skilled professional who can conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- The ideal candidate will be able to administer clinical care such as wound management, catheter care, and medication administration.
- Educating patients and their families on self-care and health management is a key aspect of this role.
- We require someone who can work independently and collaboratively with nursing staff and allied health professionals.
- This position involves supporting quality improvement initiatives and maintaining documentation in electronic medical records.
- You will also participate in an on-call roster and occasional work across multiple sites within our healthcare network.
- In addition, you may be required to lead and supervise junior nursing and care staff as needed.
We provide a range of services to the community, including five major hospitals and a variety of specialist clinics. Our goal is to deliver high-quality patient care while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
