About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Strategist for Global Network Services. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring network infrastructure and services that underpin our platform.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-effective solutions for our business needs. You will work closely with our network engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of new routes and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders for network infrastructure and services;
  • Work with the procurement team to identify new market route requirements and cost estimates;
  • Consult with network engineering and operations to ensure new routes adhere to our design specifications;
  • Prepare and issue RFP/RFQs for new site connectivity requirements, capacity growth or network augmentation;
  • Manage preliminary communications with external vendors and prepare response evaluations and recommendations;
  • Drive contract execution with new third-party suppliers supported by our legal team;
  • Ongoing review of upcoming out-of-contract services for leverage to re-contract and drive cost savings;
  • Communicate progress internally using project management tools and collaborate with technical teams.
