Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Remediation Specialist will be responsible for undertaking an end-to-end review of Business Banking customer accounts to identify potential remediation opportunities. This will involve analyzing account inconsistencies and recommending remediation paths to ensure compliance with Business Banking's customer remediation guiding principles.
