Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Production Assistant to join our team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality concrete products, ensuring efficient and safe operation of plant equipment, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Assist in batching and loading of concrete mixes according to specified designs
  • Operate front-end loader to weigh materials for batching
  • Manage day-to-day administration, including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
  • Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
  • Maintain general yard housekeeping and perform maintenance tasks

Your Skills:

  • Interest in the concrete industry, with full training provided
  • Strong computer skills, working with multiple systems and safety reporting
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover various responsibilities across the plant as required
