Overview

Concrete Labourer Position Overview: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of concrete work, including preparation, placement, finishing, and clean-up. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely as part of a crew in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with site preparation, including setting up forms, rebar, and reinforcement.
  • Assist with pouring and levelling concrete.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery related to concrete work.
  • Assist with finishing tasks such as troweling and edging.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and site safety standards.
  • Assist tradespeople as required to complete projects on time.
Requirements
  • No previous experience needed, but preferred. Training will be provided.
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual, repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport.
Working Conditions
  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Physically demanding role, requiring lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $220.29 – $498.40 per day

Work Location: In person
