Precast Concrete Production Hand

Cascada is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products for infrastructure, construction, and mining sectors in Western Australia.
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Precast Concrete production team at our facility in Malaga as a Production Hand. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime. Importantly, you'll be well supported by our fantastic team and given all the tools and assistance needed to succeed.
**Job Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for safely handling heavy reinforcing bars, maintaining an organised workspace, working in a team to achieve daily production targets, cleaning and oiling moulds, placing reinforcement into moulds, pouring, vibrating, and troweling concrete.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year experience working with concrete;
- Excellent work ethic combined with a faultless occupational health and safety record;
- Able to work in teams toward shared goals;
- Ability to operate a gantry crane and forklift (preferred);
- Able to read reinforcement drawings will be an advantage;
- Able to pass pre-employment medical including fitness, hearing, and drug screening;
- The right to work in Australia permanently.
