We are a leading West Australian supplier of concrete solutions to the building and construction industry.

Regular ongoing hours that are not weather dependent - **5:00am starts Monday - Friday** with occasional overtime

We require an enthusiastic & physically fit Trainee Concreter who is keen on learning the skills required to pour & finish concrete at our manufacturing plant in Kenwick.

**The role**: Assist Concreters in the pouring, screeding & finishing of concrete for the manufacture of pre-stressed concrete floors & other products. It's an opportunity to learn to work from plans, place cut-outs, create set-downs, use powered trowel machines, screeds and associated hand tools.

**Qualifications & Experience**: Whilst no experience is essential, evidence of past labour intensive roles would be advantageous. Holding a valid WA forklift ticket & white card is also desirable.

**Weekly Hours**: 30-40 hours per week.

Essential:

- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
- Demonstrated labouring experience
- Good physical fitness and ability to do labour intensive, repetitive work on a daily basis
- Strong understanding and commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
- Proven reliability
- Ability to commence work immediately

Preferred:

- Construction Industry "White Card"
- High Risk License (Fork Lift)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Concreting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
