About the RoleThis key role plays a pivotal part in implementing initiatives that promote cultural heritage, community wellbeing, and Aboriginal self-determination. We are seeking an individual to support our work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop respectful partnerships and inclusive programs that celebrate culture and community.
- Collaborate with community members, service providers, and other levels of government to deliver initiatives that support positive outcomes.
- Contribute to Council's NAIDOC and Reconciliation Week activities and facilitate community participation.
We're looking for someone with strong community values and cultural understanding. You will bring experience in community engagement, partnerships, or project delivery, particularly working with or alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and communities.
