Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting individuals with diverse needs
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and develop client-focused career development plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labor market trends
  • Current Driver's License - essential
