Engineering Trainee Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Engineering Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on prestigious Central Coast Built Form projects while developing your skills in engineering technologies.

This is an employee-owned, multi-discipline engineering consultancy with a diverse, inclusive, and flexible workforce. Our open management structure provides opportunities for career progression and professional growth.

The trainee program offers extensive on-the-job training and mentoring. You will work with professional teams on exciting projects and develop your skills in computer-aided design, 3D documentation, and animation.

During your time in the program, you will complete engineering studies at TAFE, one day a week, as part of an industry-recognised traineeship. The other four days will be spent working collaboratively as part of a team in the office.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Computer literacy with a keen interest in technical drawing.
  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for the construction and engineering industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
