**Your new company**
The second-largest council in Australia is seeking for an experience Structural Drafter to contribute in complex projects through preparing and producing drafts designs working on roads, pavements, bridges, etc.

**Your new role**
To work under broad direction and:
> Undertake minor, moderately complex and complex multidisciplinary design projects
> Coordinate the design drafting components of an extensive program of projects, allocating projects, monitoring key project milestones and project deliverables
> Engage and participate within project teams, taking responsibility for CADD supervisor, lead, coach, mentor facilitating the delivery of project milestones and deliverables
> Coordinate the preparation of survey, and design data, including plans and associated material
> Provide drafting services that are cost effective, practical and meet client expectations
> Adhere to project management methodology and consistently deliver drafting projects on time, within budget, to agreed quality and with high level of stakeholder satisfaction
> Use relevant skill, judgement and experience and participate in the creation of the following project documents:

- Planning reports, needs analyses report, option reports and feasibility studies
- Estimates of cost that meet client expectations
- Specifications documentation
- Sketch drawings

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in structural drafting working on roads, pavements, bridges, etc.
- Experience utilising Revit, 12D and AutoCAD
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Design Code requirements
- Experience developing Revit families is highly desirable
