As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the resilience and availability of our technology platforms, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of business continuity and disaster recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of our technology platforms.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential risks to our technology environments, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology platforms are designed and implemented with resilience and availability in mind.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure that our business continuity and disaster recovery strategies align with business goals.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on resiliency and disaster recovery best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure.
- Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, and BCM modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
