About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Operational Risk and Resilience to join our team. As a key member of our Group Risk leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisation's reputation and fostering growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level Operational Risk and Resilience Management Frameworks.
  • Assess and manage operational risk, data risk, technology, and information security risks.
  • Lead a team of dynamic Operational and Information Security risk professionals.
  • Support the business and maturing our Three Lines risk governance model.
  • Develop policies, standards, and guidelines compliant with Prudential Obligations.
  • Cultivate a culture of risk awareness and proactive mitigation.
  • Provide oversight and challenge of processes supporting the management of service provider arrangements and supply chain risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive Bank-wide information security management governance and frameworks.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on operational risks and operational risk profiles.
