As a Support Worker, you play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals.
About The Role- Deliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and young people.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support.
- Support community participation and recreational activities.
Key responsibilities include delivering tailored support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual, working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.
What You'll Need- Experience in disability, aged care, or family/community services.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
