Our practice is a professional allied health service that values providing client-centred, evidence-based assessments and interventions for our clients. We work alongside our clients and their families to achieve their goals in all areas of daily life. Our services include psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, and dietetics.

We are a holistic practice that works collaboratively with other community agencies and is responsive to our clients' requirements. We offer a range of approaches to meet the needs of our clients, including home, school, and day-care visits, as well as a wide range of group programs.

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, approachable, and enthusiastic leader who wants to see their team thrive. As a busy professional, our ideal candidate understands the importance of work-life harmony. An occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a predominantly paediatric caseload and will be based at our clinic and when required or deemed more appropriate at clients' homes, schools, kindergartens, and child care centres. They will provide clinical consultation, assessment, and advice to our clients, their families, and other members of the client's team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in occupational therapy and be able to obtain AHPRA registration. Sponsorship opportunities are available. They will have experience providing occupational therapy to a paediatric population and demonstrated experience in building and managing effective working relationships and networks.

The successful candidate will have high-level communication skills, both written and verbal, including skills in report writing. They will be able to represent the culture and values of our business and represent these to our customers. They will have an understanding of and ability to work within the small business environment.

We are looking for a candidate who is proactive and able to take the initiative to develop and improve our services. They will have demonstrated ability to maintain professional competence and integrate new teachings and techniques into practice and service delivery.
