Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing specialized subacute outpatient services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy services to designated clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and provide specialized occupational therapy services to subacute outpatients
  • Coordinate the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve program priorities and client needs
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in subacute outpatient services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
