As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential by delivering expert rehabilitation and return-to-work services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to assist individuals in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations
  • Conduct functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments as required
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of business objectives and ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
