About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at APM, a leading provider of workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential by delivering expert rehabilitation and return-to-work services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to assist individuals in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to identify future employment or training options
  • Perform a variety of assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments
  • Provide case management services to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
