Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Investor Liaison Specialist to play a key role in supporting our investor relations initiatives. As a highly organised and detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and services to our investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Reporting: Prepare regular investor reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • KYC Compliance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of investor Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Regulatory Obligations: Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations under AFSL with ASIC and AUSTRAC.
  • Equity-Raising Activities: Support equity-raising activities and maintain professional investor communications.
  • Document Management: Maintain, organise, and safeguard essential investor-related documents.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports as needed by the team, management, or regulatory bodies.
  • Investor Engagement: Engage professionally with existing and prospective investors.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organising investor meetings, webinars, and events.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with institutional and financial advisory groups.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of investor interactions and events.
  • Research: Conduct background research on potential investors for informed decision-making.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitive analysis.
  • Marketing Materials: Contribute to marketing materials for capital-raising efforts, including presentations and promotional content.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Property, or Finance (desired, not essential).
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role (essential).
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suites (essential).
  • Adobe InDesign: Experience in Adobe InDesign (desired).
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
