Investor Relations Role Overview

The Investor Relations team is seeking a skilled professional to provide crucial support in ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering strong relationships with existing investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and disseminate regular investor reports, encompassing weekly, monthly, and annual updates, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of investor Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory obligations under AFSL with ASIC and AUSTRAC.
  • Support equity-raising initiatives and uphold professional investor communications.
  • Promote the safekeeping, organization, and confidentiality of essential investor-related documents.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Property, or Finance are desired but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Adeptness in intermediate to advanced MS Office Suites is necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, enabling prioritization of conflicting deadlines.
  • Self-motivation coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
