Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-functional business processes and service level agreements to ensure effective risk management and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Monitor and enhance internal fraud prevention and risk protocols to minimize payments-related risks, fraud, and product abuse.
  • Conduct in-depth user activity investigations through data analysis and apply learnings to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with third-party organizations, such as banks and law enforcement, on fraud investigations.
  • Identify and implement risk strategies and corrective actions to mitigate compliance and fraud risks while ensuring optimal detection of fraudulent transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the payments fraud environment and its impact on A2B payments products.
About You:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong people management and leadership experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing Risk, Trust and Safety, Fraud, and/or advanced Customer Support teams handling incident investigations or other relevant investigations experience roles.
  • Business Process Re-engineering experience and/or Project Management abilities.
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
