Transport Industry Compliance Officer

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Compliance Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering compliance activities to enforce relevant legislation within the point-to-point transport industry.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compliance activities to enforce relevant legislation
- Work with industry partners to ensure compliance and implement compliance activity plans
- Issue penalty infringement notices and compliance notices as authorized
As a Compliance Officer, you will work closely with industry partners to ensure compliance and implement compliance activity plans. You will also be responsible for delivering compliance activities to enforce relevant legislation. This includes working with various stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and implementing strategies to prevent non-compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills. A good understanding of legislation and experience working in a regulatory or compliance sector are highly valued.
