Maintenance Technician

High-Speed Machinery Expertise: We seek an experienced and ambitious maintenance professional to join our team in Yatala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialized maintenance tasks, including scheduled and breakdown maintenance, as well as high-order problem-solving.
  • Ensure high-speed packaging machinery is set up and operating efficiently, minimizing downtime and improving reliability.
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate across teams to address production issues and implement solutions.

About You:

  • A trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Fitting, Maintenance).
  • Experience with high-speed packaging and machinery, ideally in FMCG or similar environments.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CMMS – exposure to SAP and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  • The ability to adapt to various tasks and challenges while maintaining a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
