Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Tradesperson to fill a Mechanical Fitter position at our centre.

The successful applicant will have a sound background as an industrial Mechanical Tradesperson with several years of practical experience working with high-speed manufacturing equipment.

Previous experience working in a printing facility is advantageous but not necessary.

Applicants must thrive in an environment where customers are the focus and be willing to embrace change and a fast-paced deadline-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance fitting and repair of high-speed industrial equipment
  • Reading mechanical drawings and having basic computer skills
  • Working flexibly and embracing change
  • Working as part of a small multi-skilled team
  • Working rotating shifts including weekends

This role involves providing expert mechanical maintenance support to ensure efficient operation of our equipment.

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high-speed machinery, reading technical drawings, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
