Food Specifications Manager

We're seeking a skilled Food Specifications Manager to join our Commercial team at Coles Group. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our own brand products meets the highest standards.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the application of food and non-food specification quality standards to consistently achieve agreed Gold Standard. You will work closely with Product Technologists and suppliers to deliver timely completion and review of product specifications, ensuring that all specifications comply with Coles' Food Import Compliance Agreement.
About You and Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need a Tertiary degree in Food Science or a related field, and a minimum of five years' experience in product development, specification creation, and management. You will also need strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as confident stakeholder management and engagement skills.
