Immerse yourself in a dynamic and supportive environment as a Lead Compositor where you will be responsible for overseeing a team of compositors to achieve the highest quality work and meet project deadlines.

You will work closely with the VFX Supervisor and other departments to ensure that shots are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction. Your deep understanding of the project's creative and technical requirements will enable you to perform complex compositing tasks such as keying, rotoscoping, and tracking to integrate all VFX elements into live-action plates.

Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a team of compositors, working closely with the VFX Supervisor and other departments, developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the project's creative and technical requirements, performing complex compositing tasks, creating photorealistic VFX, ensuring high-quality shots, collaborating with other departments, and communicating effectively with the VFX Supervisor, producers, and artists.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the visual effects industry, with a focus on compositing, strong knowledge of Nuke compositing software, experience working on feature films, TV shows, strong understanding of compositing techniques, ability to create photorealistic VFX using 3D elements, particles, and other tools, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will also possess Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
