Business Systems Support Specialist

We are working with a valued client to find an individual to support their Business Systems Analyst for a period of approximately three months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience with TechOne and enjoys being a key point of contact when things need to run smoothly.

The role involves providing day-to-day (BAU) support across the TechOne ERP system, focusing on user management and system access. You will be working closely with a team based in Subiaco, a central location with easy access to public transport, coffee shops, and lunch options.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, switched-on, and has a background in business systems or administration. If you have previous experience using TechnologyOne, especially within the Cia module, that is a significant advantage. However, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and isn't afraid to ask questions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of organisational ability. They will also be able to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day (BAU) support tickets related to user access in TechOne
  • Providing support to internal teams with user management and system access queries
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records
  • Working closely with a collaborative team to ensure seamless system operation
