Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Valuation Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation reports that provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.

As an experienced leader, you will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to distill complex information into clear, concise language that resonates with diverse audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in business valuations, including experience with Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), intangible valuations, and tax valuations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial models and identify key performance indicators.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching junior professionals.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Relevant degree in commerce, finance, economics, or a related field, with ideally working towards or considering postgraduate studies (e.g., CA, CFA).
