Building Management System Service Technician Opportunity

The Schneider business is undergoing a digital transformation to optimize energy efficiency.

We're seeking a technical expert in building management systems (BMS) to work closely with customers in Cairns, focusing on delivering superior energy solutions.

  • Maintain the integrity of BMS systems and ensure optimal performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in products and provide recommendations for improvement to customers.
  • Prioritize excellent service delivery within specified constraints.
  • Emphasize safety awareness to meet site requirements.
  • Participate in on-call duties, with applicable allowances and overtime payments.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, excels in problem-solving, and is dedicated to finding and implementing energy efficiency solutions.

You'll be technically skilled in Electrical or Mechanical HVAC or Instrumentation or Controls, knowledgeable in building management systems, and proficient in IT, with experience in fault-finding and network hardware.

As a motivated and confident individual, you'll work autonomously or as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and following through to completion. With excellent communication skills, you'll build great relationships and thrive in a customer-facing role.
