Technical Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers across various industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and skills in building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency solutions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their businesses.

  • Manage the breakdown and maintenance of BMS systems.
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge to suggest improvements to our customers.
  • E nsure that excellent service delivery is met within budget and time constraints.
  • Practice a high degree of safety awareness to ensure safety requirements are met onsite.
  • Participate in on-call duties, where you may need to work after hours. On-call allowance and overtime payments apply where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, service, and maintenance of BMS systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of safety awareness and compliance with safety regulations.
