Recovery Efforts Specialist
This role is responsible for coordinating recovery activities, managing contractors and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient delivery of recovery outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating asset inspection, repair and replacement tasks to ensure effective resolution of damage caused by recent storms.
- Managing contractor relationships to guarantee timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintaining detailed records of recovery activities and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
For this position, you will require a strong background in project management within the context of asset recovery and maintenance. Demonstrated skills in coordinating complex projects, managing contractors, and maintaining accurate records are essential, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, contractors, and internal teams.
A valid Victorian Driver's Licence and Construction Induction (White Card) are mandatory requirements, and experience in local government will be highly regarded.
