Asset Recovery Project Coordinator

This position supports the council's recovery efforts following recent storms, coordinating recovery activities, managing contractors and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient delivery of recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recovery activities after major storms
- Manage contractors and suppliers and maintain accurate records
- Ensure efficient delivery of recovery outcomes and restore vital infrastructure
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in arboriculture and/or horticulture, or equivalent experience
- A strong background in project management within asset recovery and maintenance
- Demonstrated skills in coordinating complex projects, managing contractors, and maintaining accurate records with safety and compliance
- Outstanding flexible working arrangements
- Monthly RDO
- Up to two additional annual leave days depending on accruals
- Health and wellbeing days under the Health and Wellbeing Strategy
- Parental leave eligibility after six months service; increments paid during parental leave
- Six months of superannuation paid on unpaid parental leave
- Flexibility Spread of Hours Clause
- Updates to Discretionary Leave Clause including gender affirmation activities, natural disaster and foster caring
