Job Opportunity

Civil engineers are in high demand, and this role offers a unique chance to work on challenging projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting. They will also be responsible for assisting the site team and liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality, WHS, and environmental management plans.
  • Monitor and update construction programs and site activity.
  • Procure materials in advance of construction schedules.
  • Maximise plant and resource utilisation.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 1-2+ years' experience as an engineer in the civil industry.
  • A current White Card and Driver's Licence.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to show initiative.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
