Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team.

This exciting opportunity involves designing, deploying and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video and display to drive student acquisition outcomes for our university partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across awareness, consideration and conversion stages
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights on CPL, CPA, ROI and creative effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive platform efficiency and best practice
  • Support creative development with data-led recommendations and storytelling
  • Enhance conversion rates across the student acquisition funnel, from lead generation to enrolment
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years' experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, social, video and display
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management and ROI analysis
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Experience in A/B testing, web campaign deployment and creative planning
  • Analytical, curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for exploring new ideas
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (MBA or Master's degree desirable)
