We are seeking a skilled Senior Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Allens.
As a key member of our Chambers Band 1 Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets (MAC) team, you will work closely with lawyers across all our offices to gain exposure to complex and interesting transactions in the market.
In this role, you will be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work. You will deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of AUD $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a leading top-tier national or international firm

- Excellent academics
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
