To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Allied Health or Rehabilitation
  • Experience in workplace injury management or vocational rehabilitation is highly desirable
  • The ability to establish positive relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders, leveraging your interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex cases and achieve optimal outcomes
