Key Responsibilities- Provide clear direction and coaching to a high-performing account management team.
- Drive business growth and retention by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships with employers and members.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences and partner functions, building strong networks and partnerships.
- Collaborate strategically with internal teams to deliver on state targets and enhance client service programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold organizational values in all activities.
- Proven track record of leadership and account management within the financial services sector.
- Experience motivating and managing a high-performing Account Management team.
- Ability to develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Knowledge of industrial relations environments and superannuation issues.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
- Compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. RG 146).
