Strategic Financial Planner

We are seeking a Strategic Financial Planner to join our team. As a critical member of the finance department, you will lead and deliver corporate financial plans and forecasts.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar business finance role, ideally within a large organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver financial plans/forecasts to senior executives.
  • Partnering with management and influencing stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
  • Utilising and improving sophisticated planning and reporting systems, preferably Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Presenting complex data and concepts to enable decision making through advanced communication and presentation skills.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel, with experience in building financial models, SQL and working with complex data sets.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce or related fields, as well as CA/CPA qualification.
