The a2 Milk Company has revolutionized the dairy and infant milk formula industry with its pioneering spirit. Our mission is to create an A1-free world where dairy nourishes all people and our planet.
We aim to achieve this through our unique naturally occurring a2 Milk difference and by promoting a sustainable approach to dairy production.
Our Story
At The a2 Milk Company, we pride ourselves on doing things differently. We are driven by science and innovation to create a world where dairy is A1-free and better for people and the planet. Now, we are looking for a Supply Chain Capability Partner to help us build the skills, knowledge, and leadership that keep our supply chain performing at its best.
This role is based at our Smeaton Grange site, where you will design, deliver, and embed learning and development programs that lift capability across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. - Drive continuous improvement, embedding best practice and supporting operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3–5 years in a learning and development or training role, ideally within FMCG or supply chain/manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs and managing LMS platforms.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) highly regarded.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
- A passion for capability building and creating a positive, safety-first culture.
Benefits
We offer a collaborative, purpose-driven work environment where your skills and experience will directly impact operational performance and employee growth. We empower our people to innovate, lead, and grow alongside us.
Working Arrangements
This role can be worked flexibly, allowing us to support our team members in balancing their personal and professional lives. Our family-friendly culture aims to foster workforce participation, career development, and positive mental health and wellbeing.
