Job Title: Customer and Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer and Product Manager. This is a key position within our organization, responsible for defining project scope and requirements.

The primary purpose of this role is to enhance customer and product outcomes by championing customer experience, urban, land use and transport planning, regional development and operational requirements in design development and project delivery.

This role will also support the provision of evidence and data that underpins decisions and prioritisation in collaboration with the Fast Rail Program team and key stakeholders.

  • Develop and coordinate advice to strengthen customer and product outcomes during project development
  • Manage and interact with a diverse range of stakeholders that have influence on the outcome of the program and project definition activities
  • Coordinate the evaluation of transport and customer impacts resulting from project options
  • Develop and coordinate client, business and system requirements for inclusion in key activities

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in the planning, strategy and development of transformative infrastructure, urban renewal or major transport projects. Project management experience and exposure to developing final business cases is essential.

You will have a polished written and verbal communication style with a flair for partnering with, and influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
