Residential College Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the coordination of all functions that create a safe and positive environment for students at our residential college.

About the Role:

  • Supervise administration, including risk management, compliance, WHS, HR, IT, property, catering services, and more.
  • Manage teams providing top-standard back-of-house services such as cleaning and catering.
  • Provide high-level leadership to support our college's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with external providers of IT and contribute to performance data.
  • Evaluate team members' performance and develop strategies for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • A confident, articulate, and well-presented professional with appropriate qualifications.
  • Roundly experienced in operations management within a medium-sized business, ideally in education or health-related environments.
  • A high level of IT literacy and skills to provide input to our asset register.
