Job Overview

This is a senior leadership role where you will oversee the daily operations of a residential university college.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the college's operations are running smoothly, efficiently and effectively.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise various teams to provide high-quality back-of-house services including cleaning, catering and facilities management.
  • Lead the coordination of risk and compliance, WHS, HR, IT, property and other essential administrative functions.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve strategic objectives and deliver timely outcomes.
  • Provide high-level leadership to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in operations management within a medium-sized business, preferably in education or health-related environments.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Strong IT literacy and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
