  • We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.">
  • You will be responsible for case management, applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs, and collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.">
  • You will also be required to work across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.">
  • In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, with the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling">
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)">
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded">
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders">
  • Compassion and kindness, empathy and well-developed time management skills">
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must">
