About the Role

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a small team and enjoy additional benefits including 50% off childcare places and potential travel benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with families and build strong relationships through face-to-face interactions and technology.
  • Manage centre enrolments and deliver learning programs in collaboration with the team.
  • Network with the wider community and focus on staff development and training.
  • Maintain high standards of quality within the centre.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Director looking to take their next career step.
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma, or Certificate III qualification is essential.
  • Availability to start either in December 2024 or January 2025.
  • Prior experience in a similar-sized centre is desirable.
