Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

The role of Senior Project Officer is pivotal in driving healthy urban development and environmental projects within the district.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business processes in Population Health, focusing on healthy places and collaborations with local government.
  • Contribute to district strategic priorities and Collaboration Unit business objectives through project leadership.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes through close stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health discipline or relevant experience are essential.
  • A high level understanding of evidence-based practice, healthy urban development, health outcome measurement, and emerging trends in the Australian healthcare system is required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative information, are necessary for success.
  • Experience in health service planning, policy development, project management, and/or health services research is desirable.
  • An Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2) is also required.
