Telehealth Medical Director - Clinical Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead whose purpose is to ensure our clinical teams deliver Telehealth Services that align with key values and compliance requirements.

This role focuses on clinical service management, team productivity optimisation, continuous improvement and portfolio management through direct supervision.

You will work 15 hours per week as part of a 12-month contract role, and have the opportunity to supplement your income by working as a Telehealth Doctor as an Independent Contractor.

Work Arrangement

This Melbourne-based hybrid role offers remote work flexibility, with regular attendance required for team collaboration and stakeholder meetings.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this forward-thinking team, you'll need:

Essential:

  • MBBS qualification with minimum PGY4 experience
  • Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions or limitations
  • Hospital experience in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent clinical skills with experience supervising and mentoring medical doctors.

Highly Desirable:

  • FRACGP, FACRRM or other medical specialty
  • Digital health and health platform experience
